Export from Canada
Your bridge from Canada into Europe.
A boutique, operator-led partner for Canadian manufacturers selling into Europe. We work both directions of the Atlantic — the same relationships that bring European brands into Canada open doors for Canadian products in Europe.

How we can work together
One conversation, then the right role.
We don't sell a fixed package. Scope is boutique — shaped by your product, your readiness and what we learn together in a first conversation. We may act in one of these roles, or a combination.
01
Vetting partner
Independent due diligence on European agents and distributors before you sign: references, coverage, financial standing, competing lines and realistic sales capacity.
02
Agent or broker
We open doors through our European relationships, introduce you to buyers and partners, and work on commission or retainer while you keep control of pricing and contracts.
03
Distribution partner
Where the fit is right, we help structure distribution and channel coverage in a target European market, from first stocking order to ongoing partner management.
04
At-risk business partner
For select opportunities we share commercial risk — reduced fees, revenue share or performance-based terms — because we believe in the product.
What matters most
Eight things to get right before using an agent or distributor abroad.
Choose agent or distributor deliberately
An agent sells on commission and never owns the goods; a distributor buys, stocks and resells. The choice changes your margin, control, pricing and liability.
Vet before you sign
Check references, current lines, territory coverage, sales team, credit history and any conflicts with competing products.
Get the agreement right
Territory, exclusivity, minimum performance, pricing, IP and trademark use, reporting, governing law and dispute resolution should all be written down.
Plan the exit on day one
Many European jurisdictions protect commercial agents with termination compensation. Notice periods and exit terms belong in the first draft, not the last.
Protect your trademarks and IP
Register your marks in the target market before a partner does — and keep ownership of brand, customer data and product registrations.
Manage payment and credit risk
Agree payment terms, Incoterms and credit protection up front; use export credit insurance or financing where it makes sense.
Use CETA properly
Tariff savings under the EU–Canada agreement depend on rules of origin and correct origin statements on your paperwork.
Support the partner after signing
Training, marketing material, joint visits and regular reviews decide whether a partnership performs or stalls.
Both directions
Europe into Canada. Canada into Europe.
Our core work helps European manufacturers enter Canada. Every partner, distributor and buyer we meet there strengthens a two-way network — so Canadian manufacturers gain access to European contacts we already know and trust.
The questions are the same on both sides: is there real demand, who is the right partner, and what terms protect you? We answer them with field evidence, not desk research.
