We have a 12-month commercial plan with milestones, owners and budget.

04Scale

We have a repeatable process for generating qualified pipeline.

We have defined success metrics and a reporting rhythm for the market.

We are prepared to staff commercial leadership locally or with fractional support.

We have considered expansion into the United States or export from Canada.

Leadership has committed the time, capital and patience for a 24–36 month build.
